Yoga Teacher Training
Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs offer a comprehensive and authentic path to becoming a confident, grounded yoga teacher. Through 200-hour and 300-hour courses, students learn classical Hatha Yoga, philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, kriyas, alignment, and advanced practices in an immersive, nature-rich setting. The focus goes beyond asanas—emphasizing foundational wisdom, mindful teaching skills, and inner growth. Graduates leave prepared to guide classes with clarity, compassion, and spiritual depth. Rooted in tradition yet relevant for today’s world, our YTT programs help you build a meaningful teaching journey that promotes wellbeing and harmony within communities.

Yoga Retreats
A retreat is a chance to step away from routine and reconnect with yourself in nature. India, the birthplace of yoga, offers the ideal setting for such transformative pauses. At AyurYoga Eco-Ashram, our retreats provide structured yoga classes, breathwork, meditation, and nourishing meals that help you reset, detox, and realign your body and mind. Led by traditional teachers of Hatha Yoga and Pranayama, we offer two options: a 14-day Yoga Immersion Retreat for beginners or a 14-day Intensive Retreat for experienced practitioners. Each program is designed to restore clarity, strength, and inner calm.

Hosted Retreats
We welcome third-party retreats and host expert teachers from around the world who bring fresh perspectives to our ashram. Each retreat blends Eastern wisdom with contemporary Western approaches, creating a balanced and enriching learning experience. Most guest teachers are long-time practitioners who trained with us and now return to share their expertise. While our resident faculty guides the morning meditation and yoga sessions, international teachers lead the core theory and practice workshops through the day. This collaborative format ensures authenticity, depth, and a diverse spiritual and educational environment for every participant.
Testimonials
“This was my 4th time in the Ashram for a 14 days Panchkarma Therapy and Yoga. We just love the place the setting by the river, the facilities, the Doctor and Therapists, Yoga Teacher. Except the food , everything else is superb. Lilli and Krishh are wonderful people and so is Saji.”

“My time at the Ashram was life changing. The community cultivated and created amongst the staff and my cohort was divinely singular. Any need, concerns or general care was met. This place is so magical, so special. I can’t wait to come back when the time arises. It felt like a home away from home.”
Emma
“After meeting several students that had great things to say about the teaching and the facility, I participated in the 200 hour teacher training last August. My intention is not to be a teacher, but to help develop my home practice, which it did. I am forever grateful to all the staff and look forward to going back next year.”
